Dr. Cesar B. Bermundo present his research entitled “Item Bank: Test Fomulator, Test Checker and Item Analysis with Statistics at the AARE-APERA 2012 Conference held in University of Sydney, Australia.
The iBank is a research paper based on software that stores quality questions identified by the item analysis with different attributes of the test items and can be retrieved for making norm/standard examination. The software is recognized by the Department of Science and Technology and made by Dr. Bermundo, with the assistance of Dr. Alexis Bermundo and Rex Ballester.
The said event is a joint international conference of AARE of the Australian Association of Research Education, APERA of the Asia Pacific Educational Research Association, and World Education Research Association (WERA) which ran from 2nd to 6th of December 2012.
This is the first time such a grand event was organized where members of AARE, APERA ad people from many countries, including the Philippines shared local, national, regional, and global perspective on the theme “Regional and Global Cooperation in Educational Research”. The said Conference is a venue where Delegates exchange each ideas and foster communication and collaboration on an international scale.(Briones)
